My name is Jim Osborne. I am running for Chaffee County Commissioner District 1. I have lived and worked in Chaffee County since 1973. I served as Commissioner for four years, from 2005 to 2009, accomplishing many things, making Chaffee County stronger. One of my main goals, if elected, is that I will pursue and help facilitate getting Chaffee connected. I believe it is the vehicle for our future economic growth.
As commissioner I will listen to all sides and make informed decisions with my constituency always in mind. The Chaffee County Democrats meet every FIRST SATURDAY of the month for a breakfast greet & chat. In this picture I was asking the members what their priorities are.
